Founded in 1956, in São Paulo-SP, Metalma specializes in the production of extruded thermoplastic sheets and coils. In 1997, in yet another expansion and modernization process, the company opened a state-of-the-art unit in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná, on a lot of 24,000 m2 with built-up area of 9,000 m2. Start of production occurred in 98, when the company had already obtained ISO 9001/2000 certification and reached installed production capacity of 2,400 tonnes per month.
